Payment Operations Specialist II

The Payment Operations Specialist II plays a crucial role in supporting the Payment Operations team in all activities related to the support of Payment Operations products.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcilements: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of payment transactions.
- Daily Operations Support: Provide support for daily payment operations, including customer inquiries and transaction processing.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Customer File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of related experience in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of financial services products and services.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
