Job Description

The Payment Operations Specialist II plays a crucial role in supporting the Payment Operations team in all activities related to the support of Payment Operations products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcilements: Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of payment transactions.
  • Daily Operations Support: Provide support for daily payment operations, including customer inquiries and transaction processing.
  • Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Transaction Processing: Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer File Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of related experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of financial services products and services.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
