Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at 4Square Medical Staffing for a Weekend Night Support position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices and analytical skills.
  • Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and respond to emergencies with composure and respect.
  • Meet unit requirements for weekend shifts and major/minor holidays.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing with a Diploma or BSN degree.
  • Current RN licensure (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
  • Experience with direct patient care and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
