Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at 4Square Medical Staffing for a Weekend Night Support position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices and analytical skills.
  • Optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and respond to emergencies with composure and respect.
  • Meet the required minimum education, licensure, and certification standards, including RN licensure and BLS certification.
  • Work a night shift schedule, including weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing unit needs.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a Diploma or BSN degree.
  • Current RN licensure in the United States, with the ability to work in a multi-state compact.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS certification preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, excellent time management, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
