Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at 4Square Medical Staffing for a Weekend Nights Support position. This role requires a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient nursing care with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Utilize technology to support clinical care and optimize patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the United States
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (instructor or provisional)
  • Experience with direct patient nursing care (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies
Work Schedule

Weekend Nights Support position: 7pm-7:30am, with 2 major and 2 minor holidays per unit
