Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient nursing care, utilizing evidence-based practices and analytical skills to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective patient and family education, as well as coordination of care.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently, responding to emergencies with a decisive and composed manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing with a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with ACLS certification preferred.
  • Experience with direct patient care, with a preference for those with weekend night shift experience.
Work Environment

This is a night shift position, working 7pm-7:30am, with weekend requirements and 2 major and 2 minor holidays per year.
