About the Role

Moor Spa Hilton Head is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team of highly educated staff who embrace a global, eco-conscious philosophy of health and beauty.

As a Massage Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a tremendous impact on our guests' lives by providing them with exceptional therapeutic massage therapy in a safe and welcoming environment.

You will be responsible for providing massage, body treatments, hand & foot treatments, and bathing rituals based on the spa's protocols, as well as building and retaining a client base.

Responsibilities
  • Provide massage, body treatments, hand & foot treatments, and bathing rituals based on the spa's protocols.
  • Build and retain a client base.
  • Room set-up and clean-up.
  • Participate in training and monthly staff meetings.
  • Input guest SOAP notes into the spa management system for every treatment performed.
  • Understand all protocols for each service offering.
  • Request professional supplies to ensure that the massage room is well stocked.
  • Weekly inspection of the massage, Vichy, and tub treatment rooms and completion of room inventory status, ensuring all equipment/supplies and presentation are perfect.
  • Keep the spa supervisor and spa owner informed of massage concerns.
Requirements
  • State massage therapy license.
  • At least one year of spa experience.
