Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional therapeutic massage therapy in a safe and welcoming environment. You will build strong relationships with clients, enhance their overall spa experience, and help them feel their best.

Responsibilities
  • Provide massage, body treatments, hand & foot treatments, and bathing rituals based on the spa's protocols.
  • Build and retain a client base.
  • Room set-up and clean-up.
  • Participate in training and monthly staff meetings.
  • Input guest SOAP notes into the spa management system for every treatment performed.
  • Understand all protocols for each service offering.
  • Request professional supplies to ensure that the massage room is well stocked.
  • Weekly inspection of the massage, Vichy, and tub treatment rooms and completion of room inventory status, ensuring all equipment/supplies and presentation are perfect.
  • Keep the spa supervisor and spa owner informed of massage concerns.
Requirements
  • Massage Therapy License (Required)
  • At least one year of spa experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills (Preferred)
