Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team at The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort & Spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage services to our guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation during their stay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide massage services to guests using various techniques and modalities
  • Assess guest needs and contraindications before beginning service
  • Keep up-to-date with current techniques and modalities related to massage therapy
  • Escort guests to and from treatment rooms
  • Arrange workstations and treatment rooms
  • Check with guests to promote comfort, safety, and security throughout service
  • Promote and sell spa services, including retail offerings
  • Clean and maintain tools and workstations
  • Monitor and stick to time schedules
  • Handle inappropriate guest behavior according to Marriott International standards

Requirements

  • State or Regional Massage License
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree
