Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team at Homewood Suites by Hilton. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and product quality throughout our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to ensure compliance with hotel and corporate standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and product quality.
  • Manage and control housekeeping budgets and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
