Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Medical Surgical/Oncology

Job Summary:

MetaSense Inc is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Medical Surgical/Oncology team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Participate in patient and family education, promoting health literacy and self-management
  • Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice
  • EPIC experience required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:
