Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Helio Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Binghamton, NY. As a member of our multi-disciplinary treatment team, you will provide medical and counseling services to patients in a variety of clinical settings.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will work on a full-time basis, with rotating weekends, out of Helio Health's Binghamton Evaluation/Inpatient Center. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, providing medical services, counseling, and support to help individuals achieve their recovery goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical services, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and medical assessment.
  • Work with other medical staff to ensure continuity of care and provide medical consultation and assessment.
  • Communicate with clinical staff regarding patient medical concerns and provide direct client care.
  • Document patient medical status, signs, and symptoms of withdrawal, and report to supervisor or medical director.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
  • Experience in substance abuse treatment and/or substance dependency preferred.
  • Basic computer skills required.

  • Competitive hourly rate of $30.25 per hour, plus shift differential.
