Job Responsibilities


Oversee scheduling, planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and management of all technical activities to ensure project precision and quality from inception to completion.

This role encompasses business development, project leadership, and comprehensive project management.

Responsible for orchestrating and coordinating technical engineering projects to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.

Key responsibilities include maintaining project standards by researching compliance regulations, formulating project implementation strategies, and modifying specifications as necessary.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Ensure adherence to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.
Conduct regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee projects meet defined requirements within specified timelines.
Perform comprehensive quality control of project elements (budget, schedule, plans, etc.) and provide status updates.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with project teams and other participants to offer assistance and technical support.
Identify technical issues and problems, tracing them to their root causes, and work with management and support staff to implement effective solutions.
Engage in meetings and execute relevant reporting activities.
Develop and modify specifications and design guidelines for new product lines, enhancements, and improvements.
Other responsibilities as assigned.

5 years of professional experience in CNC Machining Processes/Plants is preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD software.
Advanced skills in MS Office.
