About the Role

We're seeking a talented and experienced Bilingual Team Lead to join our remote team in the United States. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring they have the tools and support they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop your team to achieve company and client goals
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including monitoring absence and attendance, processing payroll, and other administrative tasks
  • Motivate and mentor your team through coaching, feedback, and recognition
  • Utilize various TTEC and client tools to accomplish tasks and troubleshoot technology issues
  • Contribute to the financial health of our company by leading with compassion and influencing drivers such as absenteeism and occupancy

Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Promote a performance-driven culture and mentor others
  • Utilize time management skills and prioritize tasks
  • Engage and support your team in achieving day-to-day tasks
  • Customer-focused mindset and comfortable with computer systems
