- Assist with guest check-in and check-out, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Process guest payments and handle any issues related to billing or room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
- Ensure all guest interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism, respect, and empathy.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous hotel front office experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
