Job SummaryThe Project Lead is a key member of our team, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, technicians, and other support staff
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, construction management)
- 5+ years of experience in project management or a related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
