Asset Protection Security Specialist

The Kroger Company is seeking a skilled Asset Protection Security Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Detect, deter, and/or detain external theft suspects to protect company assets.
- Reduce customer and associate dishonesty by initiating and encouraging actions to promote a culture of integrity.
- Monitor large shrink areas in stores to identify and address potential security risks.
- Report incidents to the asset protection manager and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support customer and associate relations through effective communication and training.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
