Infiniti Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Infiniti of Valencia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Educate and sell Infiniti products and services to new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet Sales Targets: Reach agreed-upon sales targets by deadline, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Close and Follow-up on Sales Transactions: Close sales deals, negotiate prices, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Investigate and Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Network and Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, networking and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Previous Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Confident and Articulate: Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Deadline and Detail-Oriented: Deadline and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
