Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly energetic and customer-focused individual to join our sales team as a Sales Representative / Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating guests on our services, and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests, educate guests on washes, upgrades, and membership packages, offer and sale BLISS Monthly Unlimited Wash Memberships, and ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
- Sales: Meet/exceed sales targets, provide excellent service to ensure that all guests have a BLISSFUL experience, and maintain a safe and clean work area as well as the entire site.
- Teamwork: Be a team player, maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, and follow company safety protocol.
- Experience: Customer service experience in retail, guest service industry, fast food, or car wash preferred, but not required. Sales experience is a must.
- Knowledge: Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service, flexibility to adapt to a variety of situations, and ability to improve through training.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in English.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs at times, stand/walk for long periods of time, and work outdoors in fluctuating temperatures and conditions.
- Competitive Pay: $20 hourly base pay, plus commission.
