Advanced Acute Care Nurse

Job Summary:

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and develop individualized plans of care to address these needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, ancillary personnel, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice initiatives.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required)
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Pennsylvania) - RN_State of Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support Certification
