We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to support a thriving operation.

The Finance Associate will collaborate with Finance and Management teams to ensure precise and prompt reporting of financial records.

Compensation: $50,000 + Based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and analysis of financial planning models
  • Aid in the preparation and evaluation of actual versus projected financial figures
  • Support the creation of budgetary accounting reports
  • Facilitate the budgetary process
  • Contribute to the development of insightful analytics and reporting for various departmental managers
  • Conduct reconciliations of large datasets to ensure data accuracy as required
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least one year of combined experience in accounting or finance is preferred
  • Proficient in Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills
