Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage cash handling and sales transactions, maintaining accurate records and adhering to our cash handling policies.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including members, clients, and staff, to promote our programs and services.
  • Assist with event setup and activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests.
  • Oversee member and customer interactions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to our Protecting the Mission policies.
  • Stay up-to-date on our programs and services, providing accurate information and answering questions to the best of your ability.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including members, clients, and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain a non-judgmental attitude and approach to problem-solving.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification required within the first 90 days of employment.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor under pressure. You will be required to stand, walk, and move around the facility, as well as lift up to 40 pounds. Computer experience is helpful, but not required.
