Job Summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Lead Guest Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Membership Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, clients, and customers, both in-person and through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience at our facility.
  • Assist in the training and oversight of Guest Services Associates, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform tracking and record-keeping tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Membership Department to track and report member visits, ensuring timely payment from third-party vendors.
  • Communicate effectively with Center managers and directors, disseminating important information to Guest Services Associates.
  • Adhere to all RJKCCC Operations procedures and policies, prioritizing safety and confidentiality.
  • Respond to emergency situations, completing reports and taking necessary actions as required.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience as a Guest Services Associate at the Kroc Center or similar facility.
  • At least 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
  • Must have or obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certifications within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and maintain poise under pressure.
