Technical Support Specialist

MathWorks is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving installation and licensing issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process and policy improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other methods
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation and licensing issues on Windows, MacOS, and Linux platforms
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process and policy improvements
- Participate in projects and work with different areas of the organization to expand your skillset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or STEM field
- 6-12 months of IT experience
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, Mac, Networking, and License Management
- Ability to identify and implement process and policy improvements
