Healthcare Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities
* Measure and monitor blood pressure and other vital signs
* Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to the nursing team
* Assist with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting
* Help residents with meals and feeding as needed
Requirements:
* Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift and move residents as needed
