**Job Summary:**
Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members, to deliver construction outcomes that align with our strategic objectives.
- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety protocols and building codes.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including cost, schedule, and quality risks.
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
- 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within commercial/facilities/capital project sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software tools, including MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications, such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA, are desirable.
**Working Conditions:**
- This position requires frequent travel to project sites and may involve working in outdoor environments and inclement weather conditions.
