**Job Summary:**

Adecco is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee and manage the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects within our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and other team members, to deliver construction outcomes that align with our strategic objectives.
  3. Manage and coordinate construction activities, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
  4. Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including safety protocols and building codes.
  6. Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  8. Identify and mitigate project risks, including cost, schedule, and quality risks.
  9. Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
  • 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within commercial/facilities/capital project sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proficient in project management software tools, including MS Project, Primavera, Procore, and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Relevant certifications, such as PMP, LEED, or OSHA, are desirable.

**Working Conditions:**

  • This position requires frequent travel to project sites and may involve working in outdoor environments and inclement weather conditions.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and site-specific requirements.
