Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the efforts of operating teams to achieve production targets, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives, including Activity Management, Capacity Planning, and Maintenance and Engineering projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge.
  • Manage site budgets and resources to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, basic sciences, or business-related disciplines.
  • 6+ years of experience in production or business, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Experience managing site operating budgets and working knowledge of GMPs.
  • Ability to convey communications clearly and concisely.
  • Preferred qualifications: advanced degree, thorough technical knowledge of process, equipment, controls, and products.
