POSITION SUMMARY:

Kforce Inc. is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to oversee a contract engagement with a prominent client. This role is essential in ensuring that agile methodologies are effectively implemented within the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The Scrum Master will manage the workflow of a delivery team, ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners to prioritize tasks and ensure the team is focused on high-impact work items as outlined in their project roadmaps.
  • Prepare and present key performance indicators and progress reports, including metrics such as velocity and burn down charts, to demonstrate the team's achievements.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to enhance the team's understanding and application of Agile practices, while identifying areas for ongoing improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Certification as a Scrum Master is required.
  • Experience in the Health Care sector is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the SAFe framework is advantageous.
