Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Froedtert South. As a Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing routine and minor special radiographic procedures in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate radiographic and ancillary equipment, including cameras, recorders, and processors.
  • Administer contrast materials as dictated by exam protocols.
  • Assist with departmental coverage at satellite facilities, including weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage.
  • Receive and record verbal orders from licensed independent practitioners.
  • Administer medications in a timely manner, safely, and in accordance with policy and procedure.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or graduate of an accredited certification program.
  • Entry-level experience as a Radiology Technologist.
  • Licensure to practice as a Licensed Radiographer in the State of Wisconsin.
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (A.R.R.T) registration.
  • Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
