Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mobile Service Technician to join our team at RWC Idealease in Alaska. As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and repair to our customers in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on trucks and buses in accordance with OEM standards and company policies.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify any safety or service issues.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and customers to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Document all work performed and recommended repairs.
  • Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • High degree of product and technical knowledge.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.
