About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ARRT Technician to join our team at Alaska Regional Hospital. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of imaging procedures in the radiology department, including portable exams and c-arm procedures throughout the hospital.
  • Schedule, plan, implement, and complete requests for service, ensuring a friendly and compassionate environment for patients.
  • Collaborate with physicians to provide accurate and timely imaging results, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
  • Current ARRT certification and licensure in the state of Alaska.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
