Position Overview:

The AI Integrations Manager plays a pivotal role in the effective incorporation of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the organization's IT framework.   • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing IT systems to identify opportunities for AI enhancements.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline is required. An Associate degree combined with five years of relevant experience may be considered.

Experience: A minimum of three years of full-time experience in a related field is essential.

Essential Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and data science principles.
  • Proficiency in IT systems, networking, databases, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware for AI applications.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Abilities:
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for AI integration that align with the institution's mission.
  • Capacity to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure quality in project execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Work Environment:

This position requires light physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 20 pounds. The role involves frequent communication with various stakeholders and the operation of standard office equipment. The work environment is dynamic, requiring responsiveness to changing priorities and goals.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with AI platforms such as TensorFlow, Azure AI, or Google AI within a higher education context is highly desirable.

Training Requirements:

Participation in quarterly compliance training as mandated by the institution.
