Business Intelligence Manager

At INTEGRIS Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Manager to join our IT Applications Shared Services team.

This role will involve providing exceptional support to our caregivers and the community at large, while driving the success of analytics within the Epic environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with project management, and the ability to provide direction and leadership to staff.

Key responsibilities will include coordinating analytics tasks across all Epic applications, ensuring analytic projects align with system goals, and delivering information to the enterprise through analytics and data visualization platforms.

A Bachelor's degree and minimum of 8 years of experience in information technology are required, with a minimum of 3 years in a management, supervisory or lead position preferred.

Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft BI stack, SAP Business Objects, or Crystal Reports, is also essential.

The successful candidate will have the ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications, apply statistical and research methods, and exercise independent judgment.

Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills are required, as well as a strong understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.

Additionally, the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure, and a strong customer service orientation, are essential for success in this role.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience with project management and its methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with business intelligence tools, such as Microsoft BI stack, SAP Business Objects, or Crystal Reports
  • Experience with programming languages, such as R, SAS, Python, SQL, or equivalent
  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development
  • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence and database solutions, systems, or products
  • Experience with implementing third-party applications and supporting enterprise applications
  • Experience working closely with vendors, reviewing contracts, and vendor management
