Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team at TireHub, LLC. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe transportation of tires to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics and Distribution: Load and unload tires from transport vehicles, inspect and tally tires, and ensure accurate and efficient loading and unloading processes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring timely delivery of tires and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, report any operational issues or mechanical defects to the supervisor, and maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Inventory Management: Participate in cycle counts, tallies, and labeling as part of regularly scheduled and annual inventory control procedures.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all TireHub policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: At least 1 year of general work experience and a valid driver's license.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to lift, pull, push, and/or move tires (up to 50lbs) with or without mechanical assistance, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crawl, climb, and balance, and may be required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Works and operates equipment in various settings, ranging from non-climate-controlled warehouses to customer locations.
  • Physical Demands: Extended day, evening, and weekend work (including Saturday) may be required as job duties demand and may include little to no advanced notice.
