Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at NAFI Connecticut, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human services and experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of 6-9 families, providing comprehensive home- and community-based treatment
- Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and evenings, to meet the needs of families
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive family support
- Participate in individual and group clinical supervision to support continuing education
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges or related fields
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Patience and empathy in working with children and families
- Competitive salary range: $45,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
- 3-6 weeks' vacation, 7 sick days, and 11 paid holidays per year
