About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at NAFI Connecticut, Inc. as a Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior (MST PSB) Clinician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home family therapy to adolescents who are at risk of out-of-home placement due to sexual offending behavior.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and effective care.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and strengths of each child and family.
  • Conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and crisis interventions with empathy and expertise.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with families to promote positive outcomes and lasting change.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided to ensure quality care and compliance.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field (or current enrollment in a Master's program).
  • A genuine passion for working with children and families.
  • The ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
