About the Opportunity
As a Senior Financial Analyst at AVITA Medical Americas, LLC, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to drive business growth and success. You will be responsible for coordinating with management, external auditors, and other internal resources to ensure timely preparation and review of all SEC Filings. In addition, you will lead technical accounting research and documentation, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong accounting and financial acumen with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. AVITA Medical is dually traded in NASDAQ and ASX, and the ideal candidate will possess experience in public company reporting, including SEC filings. The role requires coordination with management, external auditors, and other internal resources to ensure timely preparation and review of all SEC Filings. Additionally, the candidate will lead technical accounting research and documentation, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. Responsibilities
- Review and prepare consolidated financial statements, footnotes, and related supporting schedules under U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements.
- Coordinate with management, external auditors, and other internal resources to enable timely preparation and review of all SEC Filings including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, 8-K, etc.
- Lead the Company's technical accounting research and documentation function including technical accounting memorandum, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SEC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Lead and file the SEC document from start to finish including exhibits.
- Assist in SOX controls related to internal controls over financial reporting
- Provide ad hoc reporting to the Executive Management team, as needed.
