Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver developmentally appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive plan of care, meeting the unique needs of each patient.
  • Prescribe, delegate, and coordinate patient care, using clinical judgment based on nursing skills and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Document all patient encounters accurately and thoroughly, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect Patient Health Information (PHI) at all times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of job-related experience.
  • A four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A current license to practice professional nursing in the State of Texas.

  • An estimated salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
