About the Role

As a Pediatric Nursing Educator Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of our pediatric nursing staff. Your primary goal will be to enhance their practice, promoting evidence-based care and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs for pediatric nursing staff
  • Evaluate and adjust programs based on feedback and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with clinical education teams to ensure seamless program implementation
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in pediatric nursing and education
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field (preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing and education
  • Specialty certification in pediatric nursing (required)
