Job Title: Senior Technical Lead - Worksite Technology

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our Worksite Technology organization at MassMutual. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the technical design and development of our Worksite solutions, working closely with our business partners and vendors to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and development of our Worksite solutions, ensuring alignment with our business strategies and technical standards.
  • Collaborate with our project teams, program managers, and delivery leaders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze and develop specifications for the enhancement, maintenance, and problem-solving of complex applications and operating systems.
  • Provide in-depth consulting to IT management and staff on technical issues, identifying and resolving problems or difficulties.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recommend changes to management as necessary.
  • Be accountable to business sponsors and management for delivering quality technical solutions, on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 8+ years of software development experience and 5+ years as a technical lead or similar role.
  • Experience with cloud-based applications and upgrades, system integrations, and administrative platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and negotiate priorities and solutions.
