  • Establish and foster a high-performance culture, focusing on strategic customer engagement and driving sustainable and profitable growth through innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Data Warehousing, Tableau Dashboards, Data Analytics, BI Solutions, and Data Security, with a strong emphasis on banking experience.
  • Certifications: Microsoft Certified BI Developer.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience with Microsoft Technologies, including SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Tableau.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of executing Tableau migration and transition projects, with expertise in Agile methodology.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in managing large-scale projects and teams, and driving high performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage teams, and drive process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial systems and resource management systems within the banking sector.
  • Ability to design and implement modern technology solutions to address complex business challenges.
