Job Summary

Pure Plumbing Company is seeking an experienced Lead Plumber to join our team in San Marcos, CA. As a key member of our Service Plumbing team, you will be responsible for overseeing work done by a crew and independent work, interacting with customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage plumbing installation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Interact with customers, providing excellent service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Train and supervise a team of plumbers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain company service trucks, ensuring they are clean and well-equipped.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in plumbing installation, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing installation, including water supply, drain, and gas systems.
  • Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving conflicts.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
