Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumber - Residential (mixed trades) to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plumbing services to our residential customers.

Job Responsibilities
  • Review home job packets and work order requests with the Lead Technician.
  • Assemble home materials and parts as directed by the Lead Technician.
  • Load vans with all items for the homes that will be serviced for that day.
  • Upon arrival at the first home, begin unloading the van and setting up tools and equipment.
  • Complete all necessary home repair checklist items.
  • Maintenance includes time on the roof, tall ladders, small crawl spaces, and attics.
  • Make notes throughout the maintenance visit of recommendations to the homeowner for repairs or additional maintenance issues.
  • Return all work areas to the condition of the home before the work began.
  • Complete a final walk-through of the home once the checklist is completed.
  • Complete the home report at the end of the day for both homes visited.
  • Participate in execution of the 24x7 after hours response system when assigned.
Requirements
  • 4 years minimum experience in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Residential Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Painting, and Drywall.
  • Great interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with high-end clientele.
  • Tech-savvy - ability to process work orders using industry-relevant software (preferably Asana).
  • Required to have a valid California Driver's License. Ability to drive to job sites is essential.
