Key Responsibilities

Handle a high volume of incoming calls from both new and existing clients, delivering compassionate and effective solutions to customer issues related to billing, accounts, and product support.
Safeguard customer information by complying with all relevant Federal and State regulations (e.g., CPNI, PCI, and HIPAA).
Suggest products and value-added services that align with the customer's requirements.

Basic Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in customer service and/or call center roles is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced call center environment.
Background in the technology sector.
Experience working with senior customers.
