About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Representative. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers and clients, ensuring a seamless experience with our ticketing platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and investigative support to clients and customers
  • Process client requests for printed tickets and box office equipment
  • Follow and improve best practices, policies, and workflows to handle customer and client requests efficiently
  • Accurately tag and monitor support trends to identify solutions and product improvements
  • Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Collaborate with other teams to assist with data acquisition and management
Requirements
  • Strong customer service and support experience, preferably with technical products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with SaaS platforms and technical support tools
