Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team at Connexion Systems & Engineering, Inc.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods and materials into and out of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack items from inventory stockrooms according to pick ticket requirements.
- Properly handle and store inventory to ensure product safety and quality.
- Determine the correct packaging and shipping methods to ensure safe transit of products.
- Verify shipping instructions and methods to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Process shipping transactions in our ERP system and other shipping systems.
- Communicate effectively with shipping supervisors and other departments to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist the Manager with tasks and projects as needed.
- Oversee inventory from production to and from locations globally.
- Produce documentation to support key distributors.
- Train others on the shipping process.
- Pack finished goods inventory and bring it to the shippable part level through job transactions in ERP.
- Complete training requirements in a timely manner and maintain accurate training records.
- Work on special projects as requested.
- Ability to work overtime to meet production schedules as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree is equivalent to 18 months of experience.
- 1 to 2 years' relevant experience in stockroom, shipping, and receiving in a technical company supporting manufacturing.
Skills:
- Basic working understanding of Microsoft Office/Outlook, SAP, and AGILE a plus.
- Ability to follow written procedures to maintain GMP compliance and ISO 13485 certification.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
- Must be able to read and understand English.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Ability to cooperate with others in a team effort to achieve quality, safety, and productivity goals.
- Detail oriented and accurate.
