Position Overview

Indiana University Health is in search of a dynamic and innovative leader who is motivated by impactful work. The Robotics Program Manager will oversee the Surgical Robotics Program, ensuring that our operating rooms are equipped with the necessary instruments and technology to facilitate safe, minimally invasive surgical procedures. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of new operating rooms in our healthcare facilities, focusing on program management and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

The Robotics Program Manager will:
  • Lead the local implementation of care redesign strategies.
  • Collaborate with system leaders to create and execute regional performance improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Assist in formulating strategic plans and develop sustainable processes to support business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives based on data analysis and lead performance enhancement projects.
  • Report on progress and identify clinical performance improvement opportunities for stakeholders.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
  • An active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • 5-7 years of relevant clinical experience, including 3-5 years in program management.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of advanced clinical care, research, and education.
  • Proficiency in quality improvement methodologies.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint; willingness to learn SQL, R, and Power.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the operating room and in robotics is strongly preferred.
  • Scrubbing experience is a plus.
