We are in search of a proficient Surgical Services Technician to become part of our energetic team for the day shift.

In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting surgeons during surgical operations, ensuring the surgical suite is adequately prepared, and upholding a sterile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist surgeons during surgical interventions by providing instruments and supplies
  • Prepare and uphold the surgical suite before, during, and after procedures
  • Ensure all surgical apparatus is sanitized and functioning properly
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver efficient and effective patient care
  • Comply with all safety regulations and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited institution
  • Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Certified Surgical Technology Certification within 6 months of employment
  • Strong attention to detail and capability to operate in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
