About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative leader to oversee the Operating Room Robotics Program at Indiana University Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring our operating rooms have the necessary instruments and equipment to perform safe and minimally invasive surgeries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional performance improvement strategies aligned with IU Health system goals.
  • Collaborate with system leaders to develop and implement care redesign strategies.
  • Lead the development of sustainable, documented processes to support business operations.
  • Execute initiatives based on sound data and lead performance improvement initiatives.
  • Guide and support the local implementation of care redesign methodologies.
  • Develop clinically based performance analytic tools.
  • Report progress and clinical performance improvement opportunities to key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Clinical licensure or active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
  • 5-7 years of relevant clinical experience, including 3-5 years of relevant program management experience.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects involving multiple customers.
  • Knowledge of state-of-the-art clinical care, research, and education.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in addressing and understanding organizational and system complexities.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and expertise of quality improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • At least 2 years of OR experience strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years of Robotics experience strongly preferred.
  • Scrubbing experience preferred.
