Executive Chef

Lead a Team of Culinary Professionals

As an Executive Chef at HHS, LLC, you will be responsible for leading a team of culinary professionals in delivering high-quality food service in a healthcare environment. Your passion for food, respect for great cuisine, and appreciation for our chef-led philosophy will be essential in driving our culinary vision forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Build a well-trained and motivated team that produces high-quality food while adhering to safety, sanitation, and service principles.
  • Culinary Innovation: Develop creative menus that are in sync with current market trends and meet the diverse needs of our customers.
  • Quality Control: Execute, maintain, and monitor quality control systems to protect food integrity and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies, including OSHA, The Joint Commission, and HACCP procedures.
  • Operations Management: Manage forecasting, recipe costing, inventory, ordering, production, planning, schedules, payroll, and supplies to ensure budget compliance.

Requirements

  • Culinary Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited culinary program.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a sous or executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living.
  • Skills: Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish, and computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, and ordering platforms.
  • Personal Qualities: A passion for food, a desire to grow, and a work ethic that supports both.

  • Competitive Compensation: Salary 100,000.00-125,000.00.
