Job Summary: The Customer Specialist Sales Leader is a key role in creating a welcoming store atmosphere through customer engagement and operational leadership. This individual builds lasting relationships with customers, driving business results and contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Utilize company resources to enhance the brand experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proactively plan and organize customer interactions, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Participate in community and store events to promote the brand and engage with customers.
- Monitor and track customer engagement activity using a monthly playbook.
- Assist in driving total store sales through effective floor supervision and leadership.
- Previous sales or hospitality experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance standards.
- Ability to work a minimum of 16 hours per week, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
- Physical ability to adjust or move store fixtures, merchandise, and equipment, including lifting up to 25 pounds and retrieving items from high shelves.
